Cancellation Policy

We know life happens and plans change. This policy explains how order cancellations work in our shop.

1. Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vikingsorcery.com with:

Your full name
Order number
The items you wish to cancel

We will do our best to help, depending on the order status:

Before your order is processed or shipped
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
After your order has been processed or shipped
Once an order is processed or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, you may be able to request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

2. Time Frame for Cancellation Requests

We recommend submitting any cancellation request within 24h of placing your order.
Requests made after this time may not be possible to honor if your order is already in progress.

You will receive an email confirmation if your cancellation is approved.

3. Custom, Made-to-Order, or Final Sale Items

Some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable, including:

Custom or made-to-order items
Limited edition or pre-order items (once production has started)
Items marked as final sale

If your order includes one of these items, we may not be able to cancel that portion of the order once it has been confirmed.

4. Bundles and Discounts

If you cancel part of an order that was purchased as a bundle or with a discount code, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items you keep, or the removal of the bundle/discount.

5. Failed Delivery or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or not deliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout:

We may refund the cost of the items minus shipping costs and any applicable restocking fee, after the items are received back in good condition.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
